Week 1 Benchmark Goals:
Understand The Basics of Solar and Our Offering
Understand & Memorize The Pitch*
Become Comfortable with Asking Questions and Setting Qualified Appointments*
Collecting 1-3 Complete LOIs, with appointments scheduled same week*
Attend as many Appointment/presentations with Mentor as possible
Getting First Sale in the First Week*
Average Metric: It takes 5 LOIs (Set Appointments) to sit with 3 Presentations in order to achieve 1 Closed Sale.

Salary: $95,580.66 - $115,107.90 per year
