Job Summary
We are seeking a Solar Scheduling Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will collect, manage, and report on the scheduling information. This is an important position that allows us to provide comprehensive and consistent appointments by coordinating interested customers to receive solar proposals from our Energy Consultants. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Walk/Stand and talk to homeowners for 4-8 hours a day (D2D)
- Assign clients to the appropriate Energy Consultants
- Use mobile app scheduling softwares
- Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff and use to secure last-minute coverage
- Communicate with Energy Consultants regarding any updates or changes to their schedule
- Communicate with managers and clients to inform them of any schedule or staffing changes
- Assist in the hiring, training, and management of new staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in scheduling appointments
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using apps
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $32,240.00 - $65,000.00 per year
